GAGIK ALTUNYAN

Painting

Gagik Altunyan was born in Yerevan, Armenia in 1957
·       1975-1981 Studies in the Terlemezyan Art School in Yerevan, where he graduated with honors.
·       1983-1989 Continued his education at the Terlemezyan  Art School where he specialized in sculpture and painting.
·       1994 Completed his master’s degree with a scholarship from Moscow’s Academy of Art, where he was taught by the art professor Tsubaryan.
·       1992-1993 Worked as an art critique at Armenia’s Modern Art Museum.
·       1993-1995 He taught at the Architecture School of Yerevan.
·       1995 Moved to Greece
·       2000 Became a member of the Greek Chamber of Fine Arts.
·       From 1993 until today, Gagik Altunyan had numerous exhibitions throughout Greece and Europe.
